The article discusses precedents in the Kazakh and English languages. Precedent phenomena in a language can express the spiritual culture, worldview, behavior and mentality of each people. Along with the continuous development of modern society, the language is changing, acquiring a new character, and the scope of its service is expanding. Phraseologisms and proverbs, precedent phenomena have been associated with language since ancient times. Therefore, in them you can see the history and culture of the nation, the existence of the people for many centuries. The purpose of the study is to compare the precedent phenomena of the Kazakh and English languages in the linguocultural aspect. During the study, methods of collection, systematization, comparative study, and linguocultural analysis were used. The conclusions reached in the study will contribute to the theoretical and practical filling of the fields of «Linguoculturology», «Intercultural communication». Practical value of the study: the results of the study can be used in comparative scientific research on future precedent phenomena in the Kazakh and English languages. In conclusion, the authors draw the following conclusion: stable phrases are an integral unit of communication, having value for the individual, containing national identity and culture.

Annotation. The language of corporate blogs in Russian and English as well as their aspect of linguistic culture is investigated in this article. In an age of globalizations that facilitates the flow of communication amongst businesses and other audiences, companies have trusted online corporate blogs as tools to interact and present their messages better to their target customers. The research concentrates on the language-and-culture-related aspects that form the basis of identity and communication strategies in the corporate blogs contrary to Russian and English, as the study sheds the light on distinctive character. This study employs a comparative approach and equally examines corporate blogs written in both languages, they are different domains and some industries. Through the use of linguistic and cultural analysis the aim of this study is to find out the cultural strings that are tied to the manner of writing and choice of words and the topic of the blogs be it in Arabic or English. It discusses the ways they are setting a tone with their linguistic choices, such as figurative language, tropes, and other rhetorical tools to promote their brands image and products. Moreover, the article points out the implications of the interaction between language and culture for the power of efficient cross-border communication in both languages. It talks on the barriers and perks of localization, the process of the adaptation of the content to the situation of the language and based on culture. This investigation aims to unveil the role of corporate blogs as tools for intercultural communication and transnational brand advertising, and to shed light on the ways that companies address the language and culture diversity setting in their marketing campaigns.

In this article, within the framework of the doctoral dissertation work «Psychological aspects of the reflection of the inner world of the hero (based on the works of Oralkhan Bokey)», an analysis of human psychology is carried out through reflections on the inner world of the main character Zheniskhan in the story by Oralkhan Bokey «I don’t Want to Sleep» («Ұйқым келмейді»). The manifestation of the author's image of Oralkhan Bokey in the work, similarities and differences between the author and the hero, the creation of a psychological portrait of a person through the influence of the environment and society on the character of the hero, the disclosure of the image of a person formed by society based on the theoretical works of literary critics and psychologists. The analysis of the character’s personality and actions did not understand from the story told by the main character Zheniskhan himself in the work. Conducting a psychological analysis of one’s personality allows one to know and deeply understand themselves from the personality of a character in a work of art, as opposed to studies that are logical and consisting of pure theory and terms. The author goes deep into the inner world of a person and much better reflects the psychological changes in a person through various conflicts and solutions. Through the author's skill, you can see qualities inherent to any person such as regret and joy, the search for a reason for every negative event that happened to you, the ability to return to the past with your mind and apologize for your mistakes in the character.

The article discusses an innovative system for teaching fairy tales, an illustrated form of folk prose, which is considered a spiritual component of national culture. In the process of forming the spiritual and moral qualities of a person, the educational and aesthetic function of fairy tales is noted. The research work examines the role of digital technologies in the modern educational space and the scientific work of domestic and foreign scientists on digital technologies, and also systematizes the analysis based on the data provided. The effectiveness and problems of using digital technologies in education are highlighted, and the possibilities of teaching samples of folklore prose through artificial intelligence are considered.The advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in teaching practice are discussed. The presentation of this digital educational resource in the animation of Kazakh fairy tales is depicted, the impact on students while studying the material is determined. During the study, a survey of teachers of the Kazakh language and literature in secondary educational schools was conducted and the result of the level of digital competence in the pedagogical implementation of the innovation process was statistically analyzed. The article shows the effectiveness of teaching Kazakh fairy tales using artificial intelligence in the context of digitalization of the educational process.

This article is devoted to the description of speech stereotypes of vocatives and appeals in different structural languages based on the material of English, Kazakh and Russian languages, taking into account their national and cultural characteristics. The relevance of the study of this work is determined by the need to study speech stereotypes of vocatives and appeals for modern communicative linguistics in order to identify the national specifics of the considered speech units in different structural languages, the importance of studying the communicative-pragmatic aspect of vocative statements, as well as the insufficient study of this type of speech acts in a comparative aspect on the material of English, Kazakh and Russian languages. In this article, for the first time, a comparative analysis of speech stereotypes of vocatives and appeals was carried out, their linguoculturological features of functioning in the dialogical texts of fiction were revealed, it was concluded that vocatives and appeals based on material from different structural languages reflect both universal features and national-cultural features of communication, which makes it possible to identify the features of the mentality of the compared ethnic groups and linguoculturological features of the functioning of these linguistic elements. The study of the structure of vocatives and appeals allows us to identify the schemes underlying the formulation of speech expressions, as well as their socio-cultural connotations.
